We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager.

As the marketing manager, your main role entails steering the strategic course of lead generation efforts for Mangosoft.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a marketer, preferably with experience in outsourcing companies;
  • Deep understanding of processes, methodologies, and tools;
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with a team;
  • Analytical mind and creative outlook.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Development of marketing strategy;
  • Develop inbound strategies and campaigns, selecting channels, crafting resonant messaging, and defining objectives and KPIs;
  • Managing and planning marketing operations ( SEO, content marketing, PPC) ensuring the stable and predictable flow of leads through marketing channels;
  • Working with the corporate site ( updates, optimization, design, etc.);
  • Monitor inbound marketing campaign performance, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement;
  • Conducting industry research, trends analysis, and market segmentation;
  • Engage in the process of lead nurturing to help the team convert inquiries into qualified leads which become future SDR and sales opportunities;
  • Oversee lead generation and prospecting, initiating contact and nurturing relationships for service interest;
  • Collaborate with sales and service delivery teams for a cohesive approach to client acquisition and retention;
  • Collaborate with marketing contractors ( website contractors, SEO, PPC, etc.).
