We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer.

As the marketing manager, your main role entails steering the strategic course of lead generation efforts for Mangosoft.

 

Requirements:

  • 5 years experience as Head or Lead of Marketing, or similar role;
  • Experience in the technology industry, preferably in software development or IT services;
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team consisting of a brand manager, copywriter, web designer and collaboration with outsourced teams;
  • In-depth knowledge of various marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, social media, and analytics;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels;
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions;
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on achieving results;
  • English level B2 or higher.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee a consistent marketing plan to increase membership and growth across brand and content channels;
  • Building a system of metrics and end-to-end analytics;
  • Preparation and justification of the marketing budget;
  • Focus on digital marketing: website development and conversion increase, lead generation, SEO, SERM, email, targeting, display advertising;
  • Marketing team management (recruitment, training, motivation);
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers to enhance brand visibility and generate business opportunities;
  • Building and improving the department;
  • Building relationships with the C level.
