We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer.
As the marketing manager, your main role entails steering the strategic course of lead generation efforts for Mangosoft.
Requirements:
- 5 years experience as Head or Lead of Marketing, or similar role;
- Experience in the technology industry, preferably in software development or IT services;
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team consisting of a brand manager, copywriter, web designer and collaboration with outsourced teams;
- In-depth knowledge of various marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, social media, and analytics;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions;
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on achieving results;
- English level B2 or higher.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee a consistent marketing plan to increase membership and growth across brand and content channels;
- Building a system of metrics and end-to-end analytics;
- Preparation and justification of the marketing budget;
- Focus on digital marketing: website development and conversion increase, lead generation, SEO, SERM, email, targeting, display advertising;
- Marketing team management (recruitment, training, motivation);
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers to enhance brand visibility and generate business opportunities;
- Building and improving the department;
- Building relationships with the C level.
